Description
The Active 20-30 Club of Santa Rosa #50 invites you to ring in our new President, David Scott! We're fortunate enough to have Past-Active Jim Goff host us at Sky Lounge; Steakhouse & Sushi Bar located at the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport. The entire lounge will be dedicated to Active 20-30 and the party doesn't stop until the last person leaves! Open up your Lyft app and schedule a pick-up to take you to Sky Lounge because you're definitely are not going to want to drive when there's plenty of drinks going around.
Santa Rosa #50 will also be changing it up a little with this install and adding a little bit of Gala class to it. At this Installation Dinner we will have a state of the club as well as presenting various awards and acknowledgements. This will include awards for any recepients of Past Active Life or Past Active Member, Member of the Year, and New Member of the Year. If you were planning on not attending because of David Scott, please do it for the members that will also be honored at the Dinner.
That being said, it wouldn't be an Installation Dinner without a theme! Since David Scott -- CEO of Scott Technology Group, CEO of Scott Pure Water, and who knows what else -- is to be the club President... The theme will be "The Office", a theme we can really get behind seeing as we're entering a 6 month period of comedy and the board meeting will consist of ego classhes and inapprorpiate behavior from disgruntled #50 members while being led by their deluded President Michael David Scott. So come dress in whatever it is that you'd wear to Scranton, Penns. very own Dunder Mifflin Paper Company.
Please RSVP and purchase your tickets ASAP. The last day to purchase tickets before they go up to $85 is January 23, 2018. A reservation made is a reservation paid. We look forward to sharing the night with you all!

The Active 20-30 Club of Santa Rosa was founded in 1929 to unite young adults and improve the local community. One of the first projects the Club was tasked with was selling bonds door to door to raise money for the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge.
For over 80 years the Active 20-30 Club of Santa Rosa has raised millions of dollars to support a wide range of community projects and foundations. In 1975 the Club decided to focus their community efforts and created the Youth Benevolent Fund in order to provide funds to help disadvantaged youth in Santa Rosa. The Club works directly with charity programs such as the Santa Rosa Boys & Girls Cub, Kid Street Learning Center, and Children’s Village as well as hosts events such as Children's Shopping Spree that provides children with back to school clothes, school supplies and haircuts and Kid’s Christmas which provides a holiday meal and gifts to low income families.
The Active 20-30 Club of Santa Rosa currently organizes Battle of the Brews and Red White & Boom, two of the largest fundraising events in Santa Rosa, which alone have raised close to $1.5 Million over the last 15 years. As a certified 501c-3 all event proceeds are distributed through the Club’s Youth Benevolent Fund directly to qualified charitable organizations and no funds are ever used for Club administrative expenses.
